5.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets are considered final once confirmed on ck 66's servers. If you don't receive confirmation after placing a bet, please contact Support. Bets that remain unconfirmed due to technical issues may be voided.
5.2 Odds Changes
Odds may change before your bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are final. In live betting, odds can shift rapidly.
5.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement
If a match is cancelled or does not conclude within the scheduled time, the relevant bet will be settled in accordance with ck 66's rules. In general, bets are voided and stakes refunded when a match is postponed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck 66:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or gain unfair advantages
- Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
- Placing bets using another person's account
- Placing bets using automated bots or software
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
- Money laundering or any form of illegal financial transaction
- Misconduct or threats directed at ck 66 staff
Warning: Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and full balance forfeiture. Legal action may also be taken where necessary.
